Depending on the carrier, as a prepaid customer, there are going to be times where you feel a bit second-rate. Your account portal typically isn’t as good, you often wonder if your connection is given the same level of priority as postpaid customers, and some features just aren’t available to you. Verizon is doing something about the the account portal situation for its prepaid customers this week by giving them access to a “new and improved” My Verizon app.
The My Verizon app has been greatly improved in recent years for postpaid customers, so this is great news for prepaid folks. In the app, you’ll be able to manage everything about your prepaid account, make payments, setup auto pay, check your usage, adjust your plan, and add additional data on.
The app becomes available on June 28 (Wednesday) to prepaid. You can grab it at the Play Store.
