  • OK, I don't play games. But there was so much buzz about Angry Birds, I figured I'd get it, play with it for a few minutes, chuckle, then uninstall. Only one thing missing… HOW DO YOU PUT THE FREAKIN THING DOWN??!!??

  • I'm not a big gamer, but when Kellex introduced me to the “lite” version I was hooked and now I am truly addicted to the Full version. The only thing that will keep me in check is work and studying. 🙂

  • Downloaded and installed no problemo Droid X 2.2 stock non-root. Plays great! Fun game. But 1-2 hours at best.
    I wish they'd give the option to pay though so an eighth of my screen isn't covered in ads spamming.

  • Wow, so much negativity about a game. Angry Birds stayed at top on app market for a reason and will rise to top of android market as well. And it is one of the first of many that will do so. Quit hating– iphone or android. The guy that ports Cyanogen for the droid regularly tweets from his ipad. Use and appreciate the technology, the cheesy back and forth is just silly. If you think angry birds is great or sucks for your device, tell everyone. That's all that matters.

  • alright, guys.. i m running sapphire 1.1.1 on my droid 1, and iit keeps saying “installation unsuccesful”, when I try to install angry birds.. any idea why this happens?

    • Doug8307 posted he saw something at XDA that said to unmount his sd card and then download. It apparently worked for him.

  • The game is pretty awesome and it gets major points for being FREE.. I dunno about spending more then two hours on it but its a fun game. I love the new levels. I love how people are bashing the game… if you dont like it then dont download it plain and simple! but for alot of droid and android fans on this site we've been dying for the android games start to rise to the surface and its been a long painful process but it's getting better.. please dont attempt to take away our light…

    On that note I hope everyone has a great weekend enjoying some angry birds.. 🙂

    • I’d really prefer to buy it instead of having the ads. They get in the way early in the game and I’ve already hit them two or three times when I was just trying to move the screen.

        • if you block the adds that help pay bills for the deveoloper, you will pay for every app … why does no one understand that developers have to eat too … it’s a great game and they could have charged for it, and we would have paid (at least i would have, it’s worth a few bucks)

    • Lol yep I understand what droidlife is trying to do and I respect them for it, but good God we get the point

    • I’m surprised people don’t like this game. There really is no better, no more polished game on Android then this. If you think it’s a kids game, I’d like to see you get 3 stars on every level.

  • Ha ha, I'll play just enough so that I don't get sent to sleep to the couch or kicked out of the house by my girlfriend. ;^)

  • ZERO!!! I downloaded. And played. I like games that are interesting, and have a goal other than just playing to play. Why is this game being posted so much? Did kellex partially develop it? I come hear to learn about interesting things about the DROID universe, not to see advertising for an app. And it is advertising, how much has been posted about this game? Three times in the last two days. Let's hear some news about the DROID

          • The point I was bringing up was that this site is becoming more of an ad for things. Srry if the small brains don't seem to understand. Pointless game=small brain, don't get the point=pricless. Thanks for making my night. Hahahaha

          • I don't understand this desire to complain about not wanting to read something. For a change, devin has a point. If you don't like it, no one is forcing you to read it. It really is that simple.

    • Oh and I was wrong, three angry bird mentions today. Five in last three days. Ads, ads everywhere. Wherever I look, I see kellex promoting an app. More than droid info. We got themes, angrybirds and info. Most to smallest. Thought the website was droid life?

    • Hmmmm. I don’t see you posting new information about any Droid devices…. Do you see a description of the site? Read it. Learn it. Stop complaint about what you want to see. How many post are made in a day? Posting info about themes, root, etc is still advertising regardless how you put it. Obviously you’re the only one upset. Lol.

  • I seriously already beat the entire game and I'm working through again trying to get 3 stars on every board. Probably have a total of 6hrs today alone. So much for work……..

  • Love ya'll but this game's not all that great. Just converted to Droid X from iPhone and I had it on iPhone and rarely played it a best. Ya'll need to calm down!

  • not sure how much time i've logged in but i started the day with a full charge & now it's on the charger.
