Nova Launcher, still one of the best 3rd-party launchers available on Android, is back again with an updated beta. Labeled as version 6.1, this beta includes numeric dots for notifications, as well as a Dark Mode for the Google Discover page on your home screen

For the numeric dots, think regular notification badges, but with a number assigned to it. This is perfect for messaging apps and email apps, providing an exact number in the badge concerning how many notifications you have.

For anyone who loves to Dark Mode all teh things, Nova Launcher now has support for it inside of the Google Discover page to the left of your home screen. You’ll need one of Nova’s companion apps to make it work, but once enabled, you’ll have a few different theme options to choose from:¬†Light, Dark, and Follow (Nova’s) Night mode.

You can download the beta by following the link below or wait for these features to roll out to the public version on Google Play.
