Google Home Hub Will Drop to $99 Again on Black Friday

If you are still kicking yourself over missing out on that pre-launch $99 Google Home Hub deal from Home Depot, try and calm yourself. When Black Friday 2018 rolls around here in a couple of weeks, it’s looking like Home Hub will once again drop to that same price.

Target released its Black Friday ad today and is planning a doorbuster sale that includes a $50 discount on Google’s first smart display. While I have no idea what other retailers will do with Google Home Hub, I’m guessing that they will also price drop similarly. Most Google Home products see their best discounts at that time.

At $99, we’re talking about a steal for Home Hub. It may not have the audio powers of Home Max or the display of Lenovo’s smart display, but it is a great size should you want a smart display tucked into almost any corner of your house.
