Toast Now Offers Real-Wood Cover for Nexus 6, We Have One to Give Away (Update: Winner Picked)

We may earn a commission when you click links to retailers and purchase goods. More info.

Toast, the makers of real-wood covers for Android and iOS devices who are based in our neck of the woods in Portland, OR, are now offering covers for the Nexus 6. The covers, which are made from real wood harvested right here in the good ol’ US of A, are priced at $29, coming in four different timber options. There are also front covers to make the look complete, priced at $10.

Right now, the choices for your cover are Bamboo, Walnut, Ash, and Ebony. Additional customization is doable thanks to Toast’s setup of in-house lasers, able to create custom graphics on your cover or a large variety of text options. If you would enjoy a more personalized cover, etching jobs cost just $5 extra, while completely custom wood covers cost $60.

If you have not yet seen it, we took a tour of the Toast HQ last year, where we had a blast learning about all of the work that goes into making each cover by hand. It is a highly detailed process, and thankfully, the Toast team has an eye for detail.
