Verizon updated their DROID DNA support page recently, detailing a yet-to-be-announced software update that will include Android 4.2 and Sense 5. In the support page, we are seeing evidence of the arrival of BlinkFeed, a new gallery app with video highlights, new 4.2 quick toggles in the notification bar, smart dialer, updated People app, and a new calendar. This update helps bring your DNA into HTC One software territory, you just can’t snap Zoes.

We have no idea when the update is going to rollout, but with all of the details up on Verizon’s site, we can’t imagine that it won’t arrive fairly quickly. Unless of course they mistakenly posted it and will be pulling it shortly after we post this.

HTC did promise that the update to Android 4.3 would be available on the DNA before the end of September – maybe this is it?

Either way, we’ll keep an eye out!
