Jimmy Fallon Shows some DROID Love, is Quickly Corrected

Jimmy Fallon is one of the few TV personalities to show any real interest in technology and has even spread some love for the Droid X in the past.  Well today, he sent out the above tweet to let everyone know that his TV show’s app would be headed to Android soon, but used a word that drives purists insane when referring to the platform.

Update:  It wasn’t a purist at all!  It was one of our readers!  Just heard a lot of “It’s not DROID, it’s Android!” hate this weekend during the Droid’s birthday.  We love you @danohart!
