reClock Text Widget, Bringing the Minimal Back to Our Homescreens

Here is a simple text widget called reClock that can give any device a sense of minimalism, while also making sure you remain punctual. Once applied, users can choose between which configuration of text they would like to see, color of the font and then naturally, which font they want to see on their homescreen. You can even download additional custom fonts if the pre-installed ones aren’t much to your liking. It’s simple, looks good and it’s free.

To enable all of the editing features, you can claim the donate version for just $1.29 through the application. Also, for those that might ask, the icon pack is flatro from Google Play.

    Thanks for the Link! 😀

This looks insane on the GS4

Where can I find that wall paper? Really like it!

  • CraigBoyte

Love it! I’ve been walking around my office showing everyone since I installed it, so cool.

    • tombarr

Glad to hear it! We just published a big update today (version due) so we’re looking to get as many users as possible.

One Till Nine Fifty? WTF Time is it? 9:49?

    • Correct! 🙂 It’s designed to make you think, to ensure you pay attention to the time.

  • schoat333

I’m so sick of simplistic. It’s overdone. Show me some color and design!

  • Tom_Cullen

LOVE doing simple math to figure out what time it’s acceptable to drink beer at.

I’m thinking of adding a “What are people saying?” section to the Play Store description. Would it be OK to use your comment? It’s exactly the thought I had (well, one of them).

      • Tom_Cullen

        M O O N, that spells sure.

    • drewbie_al

Sounds like you need a better clock.

I recommend the one here: http://allthingsinebriating.blogspot.com/2011/02/beer-30.html

Hmmm basically an easier to use UCCW? DashClock works for me for now despite the lack of customization. But this is a cool addition to the community! Thanks!

it looks awesome. I just dont see a need for multple clocks on my screen or using up valuable retail space…

  • tyguy829

Obligatory “what icon pack is that?” Even though it is in the description…

    • michael arazan

      Obligatory “What wallpaper is that?”

i can’t tell if this is a joke. what does nine past four six mean? and why are the reference points for the time so weird (like nine fifty)?

    • JMonkeYJ

oh ok it’s explained if you click on the play link. it’s purposefully hard to read.

    • tombarr

Nope! The references are random, and that’s the whole point! It’s not for everyone, but myself and many others like being forced to “think.” If you give it an honest shot, it’ll make you better at knowing what time it is.

PS: I’m the developer of reClock 😉

Actually this might work. At first I was like wtf. But a lot of times I look at the time and 5 seconds later forget what I just saw. Plus it’s kinda funny. I think I’m in.
