Falcon Pro Updated, Brings Full Offline Mode and More Fixes

falcon twitter android

If you find yourself to be a Falcon fanboy, then go pick up the newest Pro update available in Google Play. The update brings a brand new fully offline mode, allowing for pics, video thumbnails, and article images to be viewed with no data connection. Now that’s fancy.

To top it off, there are some bug fixes, new translations, as well as Play link opening options.

What’s New:

  • Full Offline mode – Option to predownload images for offline access (pics, video thumbnails and article images) – With automatic cache cleaning.
  • Open Play Store links from internal browser to google play app.
  • Translations (Portuguese, Thai, Dutch, Catalan, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, Hungarian)
  • Many fixes

New version needs to be called Falcon Punch Pro. Just sounds cooler.

    Does this support Google Buzz?

  • Does this app allow posting to Facebook as well like Tweetcaster?

Ugh, I keep hoping that every updated includes the addition of multiple account support. The only thing that keeps it from being my daily driver!

More accounts means more tokens and less people can use the app. Blame twitter, not the devs.

However lame they may be, Twitter can make their own rules and the devs have to play by them. In the same vein, Falcon Pro can decide what features they want to put in and I can choose to use them or another app. It’s probably about money for Falcon Pro (more tokens taken by multiple accounts, less people can pay for the app), in which case, why not have an in-app purchase option the same price as the app for enabling multiple accounts?

Can we please get multiple account support?
