Google released a fresh color for the Pixel Buds 2 Pro this week, perfectly matching the Olive color found on the Pixel 11 series. Priced at the same on-sale cost of $189 (usually $229), this new Olive color joins the existing lineup of Porcelain, Peony, and Hazel.
Google also introduced a few new features for the Buds, all of which are listed below. The highlights include an improved Dynamic ANC experience, audio controls for Gemini, and an upgraded Live Translate experience.

- Dynamic ANC: Pixel Buds Pro 2 will adjust to compensate when subtle shifts in the seal happen, so you still get powerful noise cancellation.
- Gemini audio control: Adjust your Buds’ settings with Gemini. Just say “Hey Google, turn up the bass.”
- Pixel Watch sleep sync: Your watch detects when you fall asleep and pauses music, disables touch, and silences notifications, so you can rest undisturbed.
- Upgraded Live translate: Tap your Buds to trigger listening mode and understand over 70 languages in near real time without touching your phone. And it’s not just for listening — speak to someone in your language, and your Pixel phone will play the translation back to the other person in theirs.
