While the Pixel 11 series leaks are showing no signs of slowing, Google is also doing its own bit of promotion before we get to the Made by Google event on August 12. Today, Google showed off the Pixel 11 Pro Fold in an official way with a bit of a teaser.
A new video (just like last week’s for the Pixel 11 Pro) that is only 15 seconds long showcases the upcoming foldable, calling it the “Pixel 11 Pro Fold.”
The video description says “To switch phones, you have to be open to what’s new. And to what opens,” which we all get is a play on the device opening and closing. Such clever.
The video itself shows the device unfolding at an angle that doesn’t reveal much before they showing off the device in the way we’ve captured above. As expected, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold will also have Gemini Intelligence.
We’ve talked about Pixel 11 series pricing on a number of occasions now. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is likely to have a $100 price increase this year, making its starting price $1,899 for 256GB storage. The 512GB model will jump to $2,019.
