Samsung launches its fully AI-powered Health Assistant in beta, bringing Samsung Health users the ability to get deeper insight into the data they collect on their phone and watch.
Samsung makes a great point its announcement by saying, “While access to health data has never been greater, many users still struggle to interpret what their data means and understand how they can make meaningful changes in their lifestyle.” The AI’s job will be to do just that, transforming the received data across the platform’s five pillars – sleep, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, and vitals – and then giving you actionable insights.
Users will be able to ask the AI questions, plus Samsung says it can identify patterns and alert users about things that could otherwise be missed. The company says recommendations will be of high quality, “validated by a team of physicians and certified health coaches” with regard to tracking your wellness.
Health Assistant is available as a beta inside Samsung Health starting today.
