LG G Pad F 7.0 Hits Sprint on March 17, Free on Contract

Sprint and LG announced availability for the G Pad F 7.0 tablet this afternoon, launching onto Sprint’s 4G LTE network on March 17, free on contract. Beyond the tablet, Sprint is marketing the device alongside the G Flex 2, being the only carrier in the US with an open pre-order for the device currently. 

Sprint is offering a deal to potential buyers of the tablet who are already on Sprint, announcing, “New and existing customers can purchase G Pad F 7.0 for free in select retail channels with a new two-year service agreement and data plan as long as the customer has an active smartphone on their Sprint account.”

The tablet features a 7″ WXGA IPS display, Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, microSD card slot, 4G LTE Connectivity, 4000mAh battery, 5MP rear-facing camera, 1.2MP front-facing camera, comes in White and Black color options, and runs Android 5.0 out of the box.

    ya…LG put out 3 tablets that were actually not as good as the g pad 8.3….it was a silly thing then…even sillier

      Actually, make that 4 turds released after the 8.3 that fall short on specs: The G-Pad 7.0, 8.0 and 10. Then this new “F” which just seems to put in an updated SoC and Lollipop out of the box.

      I am still waiting for some tablet from LG that surpasses the 8.3 from 2013!
