Google’s Digital Wellbeing, the suite of features that helps you disconnect from your phone or at least realize how addicted to it you are, is out of beta and now available to all Pixel and Android One phones as long as they are running Android 9 “Pie.”

If you haven’t been running Digital Wellbeing yet, you’ll find features like Wind Down, which turns your phone to greyscale at night as a reminder that you need to put the phone down until the next morning. Digital Wellbeing lets you set app timers, so that you can self-limit your YouTube or Instagram or Twitter usage, see general usage patterns, and tweak your do not disturb settings too.
