The Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Galaxy Note 5 on Verizon are both seeing updates today to software version VRU2BPG5. The updates aren’t major, but do include Barcode Beaming Service for scanning coupons, loyalty cards, etc. in Samsung Pay. Each phone is also getting new contact sharing, while the S6 Edge+ is getting a new addition to People Edge as well.

As for the new contacts sharing, each phone can now share profiles, files up to 1GB, and events. On the Edge+, OnCircle has been added to give you “creative communication, with more than just words.” That’s a fancy way of saying you can send people doodles, short video clips, “emoticons” and touch effects.

Oh, each update also removes Amazon Music, but does include the Amazon Widget. DT Ignite, GO!
