DL Q&A Sessions: Volume 32 Answers

Will the new Nexus devices run on Verizon? Which Android Wear device should I get? Do Android flagship devices totally suck this year? These are a few of the questions we were asked last week, but with all of the IFA excitement going down, we were not able to post them on Friday. Now that we are back from the holiday weekend, it’s time to answer all of these fantastic inquiries.

Down below, the DL team gives their answers to your questions. Check it out.

Droid Life Q&A Sessions: Volume 32

We have IFA all this week, so Android fans best be ready for a ton of fun announcements from companies such as Motorola, Huawei, and Samsung. We sort of already know what to expect from each player, mostly being Android Wear-related, but we are also getting close to Google’s likely unveiling of two Nexus devices.

The Q&A Sessions are your chance to ask us anything that might be on your, whether it be Android-related, non Android-related, and everything in between.

Shoot those questions below in the comment section, and then on Friday, our team will choose the best ones to tackle.

To see all of our previous Q&A’s, check them out here.

Droid Life Q&A Sessions: Volume 31 Answers

Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about Volume 31 of the DL Q&A Sessions. Early last week, we asked our lovely community to send in their questions, and you didn’t disappoint. We had a ton of fun questions to go through, many of them focusing heavily on what is in store for the near future.

Below, we go over what we want to see from the upcoming Nexus device(s), what needs fixing in Android Wear, what Apple products we are guilty of using, and what we would be doing if Droid Life never existed.

Droid Life Q&A Sessions: Volume 30 Answers

This past Monday, we hosted Volume 30 of the DL Q&A Sessions. At that time, we invited you to send in any question you could think of, whether it be Android related or not, and this afternoon, we have the answers for you.

Questions asked by our community focused on the upcoming Galaxy Note 5, more specifically about the possibility of it featuring a microSD slot and removable battery, as well as how the DL crew spends it time while traveling and not sitting at the desk in our hotel room writing up a ton of posts.

Check out all of our answers to your questions below.  (more…)

Droid Life Q&A Sessions: Volume 30

There is a ton of action taking place in the world of Android and mobile tech in general, so what better time to field any questions from our community than right now?

Google introduced Android M and Android Pay during Google I/O just a short time ago, so maybe you have questions about it? Or maybe you would like our take on Apple’s latest unveilings during WWDC? Heck, we would even love to discuss this year’s NBA Finals with you. As long as you agree that there were some seriously blown calls during Game 2. Don’t be shy, ask whatever you would like.  (more…)

Droid Life Q&A Sessions: Volume 29 Answers

We were not quite able to get to this last Friday, so here we are on Monday, posting up the Answers portion to Volume 29 of the DL Q&A Sessions. With Google I/O right around the corner, it is no surprise that many questions focused on what we can expect Google to announce.

Of course, whenever I/O gets brought up, people also want to talk Nexus phones, so we provided our hopes and dreams for the next Nexus smartphone below.

Without further ado, let’s get to it. (more…)

Droid Life Q&A Sessions: Volume 29

A lot is about to happen over the next few weeks in the world of Android, with three of the big things being the G4 from LG (that happens tomorrow), Google I/O next month, and Google’s announcement of Project Fi. We also just got done reviewing the Galaxy S6s and One M9, in case you needed more.

With all of this going down, it’s a good time to see if anyone here has questions for the DL staff, and like all previous volumes of the Q&A Sessions, we would be more than happy to answer them.  (more…)
