Download: Samsung Galaxy S4 Ringtones and Wallpapers

galaxy s4 walls

The Galaxy S4 from Samsung is currently being torn down, stripped of all of its goodies. Earlier we posted up the newest version of S-Voice and now, we have its wallpapers and ringtones. If you are looking to make that Galaxy S3 or any other phone look more like an S4, this is a good way to start.

Down below you can download the full zip files filled with the S4’s wallpapers and ringtones. We have pulled only four of the wallpapers to show as examples, but there are seven in total inside the zip.

I have not rooted my SIII. Is there a way to put the 4.2 camera on my phone?

  • bduncan89

Age old question I am sure…how do you apply it as a wallpaper without the gallery cropping half of it out when you increase the dimensions as much as you can?

    • Bowen9284

It’s a feature in Nova Launcher. You set your Nova Wallpaper instead of the system wallpaper. It will then give you a cropping option on the bottom left of the image. But that’s if you have Nova.

My mothers neighbour is functioning half time and averaging $9000 a month. i am one mum and simply got my 1st bank check for $6546! I still cannot believe it. i attempted it out cause I got very desperate and currently i could not be happier. Heres what I do,— Buzz80.ℂOℳ

      • hmm, gonna have to go try that…

      • Luiz Mattos

The Nova Wallpaper option is great but still makes you crop off part of the image. For times when you’d rather letterbox or pillarbox an image, “Image 2 Wallpaper” on the play store gives you that option.

        • Bowen9284

True, but I get about 95% of the wallpaper on my Nexus 4… Close enough for me.

        • SeanBello

if it’s the correct size for your phone, you won’t have to crop it

  • Rodeojones000

Wow. Look how beautiful the phone in the picture is, with its lack of a physical home button and no OEM skin.

    • Austin Warren

or take off everything and add pie

    • XphoneTroll

Not you again.. Not everyone wants on screen button Dr. Phil..

      • JBartcaps

        Yes they do………………………………………………………..

        • JoshGroff

Everyone does? No wonder the iPhone and Galaxy series are so popular, they both have on screen buttons.

          • JBartcaps

Relax buddy, obviously by the amount of periods I put in there i was being very very very serious

          • JoshGroff

And so was I, serious is my middle name. Also, you only ever need 3. 😉

do you still use your gnex as your daily? I just bought a used one off ebay to make the wait for something better more pleasant…

    • j

I do. The hardware is fully capable of running Android 4.2 buttery smooth. Enough 3D capabilities to run new games smoothly. The screen, while high res, has problems, and the camera, while fast, has never taken exceptional pictures. But overall, newer phones are barely an “upgrade” for what I do.

      • sonicemerald

cool, i don’t take photos i care about, usually just for homework/notes, so the camera isn’t a deal breaker for me. I’m glad to hear that it runs 4.2 buttery smooth. that’s really all I’m missing. 🙂 I know the battery life wasn’t the greatest, but how is it on 4.2? should i invest in a extra battery or two?

        • Paradisimo

Get the OEM extended battery and you should be fine to make it through a day with moderate use.

          • NexusPhan69

No. Get the anker slim extended battery. 2200 mAh at the same thickness of the slim for $10 on amazon. Just no NFC. I go two days without recharging with light use and everything enabled during the weekdays.

        • David Verba

I’m on 4.2.2 Shiny w/ Tiny Kernel I get a good 10-12 hours of battery life on the standard 1850 battery. Tiny made a HUGE difference, ironic

          • JBartcaps

I unrooted and have stock 4.2.2 for my VZW Gnex and the past 4 days I’ve charged it twice, I think i’m considered lucky lol

      • 4.2 is a significant improvement on the gnex. JB makes a world of difference on this phone. Such a difference, in fact, that it got me interested in Android again (current iPhone 5 user). However, I would struggle to call it buttery smooth. In my experience that is just not accurate.

What about the screen on time, I usually cleared 16+hours on AOKP but I didn’t have the screen on for more than an hour or two.

        • It really depends on what you have running on it. If you used only a few widgets and didnt mess with the animated wall papers it was easily smooth. The problem is when you have animations running and widgets updating all of the time, those can slow it down.

  • Frank

I just listened to all of the ringtones. Definitely not worth downloading. In my opinion anyway.

    • Larizard

      thanks for the tip

  • eli

does the s4 come with these downloads?

    • JBartcaps

      That’s a joke right?

      • eli

        • JBartcaps

          LOL! that made me laugh

    • I would assume so since I believe this came from an S4 system dump.

  • Tweekex

    Are the ringtones worth downloading?

    • Abhisshack D

  • Are these just Zips or are they flashable zips?

    • Just regular ol’ zips.

      • Paul

I’m new to this site. How do I apply these ringtones to my Galaxy Nexus? I’ve downloaded AndroZip to unzip the files, see the files on my Nexus, but can’t seem to get them onto the list of available ringtones/notifications. I know this is very elementary, but I appreciate any help.

        • CodeToJoy

Add them to the media/ringtones or media/notifications folder if I remember right… they may have moved since I’ve done this though.

          • Paul

I moved them to the “Ringtones” folder, but they don’t show up when I go to change the ringtone.

          • CasperTFG

Some of them are already in Zedge.

    • Just .zips
