It’s Pixel 11 launch week, so it seems only fitting that we would have ourselves a little Google leak ahead of the August 12 hardware event. Funny enough, if you know anything about Google’s leak history, they have done exceptionally well this year. Sure, we know what the devices look like, but there hasn’t been any lengthy hands-on videos, unboxings, or anything too exceptional to report on.
Today doesn’t change anything. We have two new photos to look at and one of them is a box. Much retail packaging, such amaze. We do get eyes-on with the Pixel 11 Pro in the matte black colorway (Obsidian), perfect for any Batman fans out there. This would certainly be the choice for the Caped Crusader’s utility belt.
We also get a look at the retail packaging for the Canyon color with its gilded trim. Hot. Notice that the box is quite thin, so you already know, don’t expect this phone to come with a charging brick.
These are reported to be demo units, likely sent to a carrier store or some retailer. With those hitting locations, don’t be surprised if someone sets them up in the showroom early and you can be one of the first to get a bit of hands-on time with a unit. Go on a treasure hunt today and maybe you’ll get lucky.
