After being discounted by $450 at Best Buy for a couple of weeks, the Pixel 2 XL has now dropped to $500-off and can be purchased for as little as $349.99.

Why the massive price reduction all of a sudden? It’s time to clear out inventory. Google stopped selling the Pixel 2 XL from its own store this week, so we can only assume that Best Buy is doing what it can to get rid of every last device.

At $500 off, you can buy the 64GB Pixel 2 XL for as little as $14.57/mo or you can pay $349.99 and walk away. Best Buy still has the “Activate Later” option available, which lets you buy the phone without a contract.

Now, since this is a Verizon version, you’ll more than likely need to perform a one-time activation with a Verizon SIM in order to unlock it for use on another carrier. That sucks, but Verizon has been temporarily SIM locking their phones for some time. With that said, this is a Pixel phone, so it does indeed work on all major carriers, you just need to get past that first activation.

Stock should be pretty limited in stores at this point, but online sales are in full swing.
