OnePlus has big plans for the start of 2017 regarding its ability to ship phones to buyers as soon as a purchase is made. With OnePlus, typically, you order your new phone and then maybe receive it in a few weeks. This is due to high demand of its smartphones, which is completely understandable, but folks don’t tend to enjoy waiting too long for their purchases.
According to OnePlus’ latest announcement, 2017 will be a year of “immediate dispatch,” starting January 24 when a batch of OnePlus 3T units in 64GB configuration will be immediately available for shipping following purchase. Should you purchase a OnePlus 3T on that date or shortly thereafter, your unit should be in your hands quite quickly, meaning no more waiting around for OnePlus to get its hands on supplies and then shipping to you.
Here’s what OnePlus said.
We’re happy to announce that starting on January 24th our latest batch of OnePlus 3T Gunmetal 64GB will be available for immediate dispatch in EU and North America regions! At this point, we can’t guarantee that this offer will be permanently available, but that is one of our goals.
As noted, this offer may not be around forever, but it’s a solid start for the growing company.
