Fleksy Debuts Messenger Keyboard for the Gear 2

I’m not convinced that typing on your smartwatch will ever be a pleasant experience, but you could do worse than Fleksy’s Messenger. The makers of the third-party keyboard, who had us enamored when they first debuted, have moved beyond the smartphone form factor for their latest project, a Tizen-compatible SMS app for the Galaxy Gear 2 smartwatch. 

Despite the shrunken-down size and simplified layout, make no mistake – Fleksy’s Messenger is replete with the features you’d expect from Fleksy, including gestures and intelligent prediction. It won’t work miracles, but you can bet it’ll make pecking out words on your wrist computer a little less painful.

The Messenger app will be available later today in Samsung Apps.
