Can you believe it? It’s day 5 of Reader Appreciation Week, meaning this is the last of the mega-giveaways. How quickly did that go? We already gave away a Nexus 7, Toshiba Excite 10, HTC One X, and a Transformer Pad with matching keyboard dock. To put it loosely, this has been one heck of a week.
To finish it out, we have a Toshiba Excite 7.7 up for grabs thanks to our friends at NVIDIA. This is a tablet that most overlooked because of its steep price tag. If you take a look at reviews around the web though, you’ll quickly realize that this is quite the little package. It sports a 7.7″ AMOLED display, Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD slot for expandable storage, and dual cameras.

And in the last contest of our rapid fire hour, we have two Galaxy S3 tempered glass screen protectors to give away from the folks at XGEAR. This specific protector is called the Spectre, and will give your big beautiful GS3 screen more protection that you can probably imagine. We took a look at these glass protectors a few weeks back and have been told that improvements have been made. They can be finicky when applying, but once you get it right, it’ll feel just like your normal screen. Ready to win one? (more…)
Ready for another chance to win fabulous prizes? This time we are targeting the Galaxy Nexus with Ultra Capsule cases from Spigen SGP. These are your standard TPU style case, which we reviewed a couple of months ago. Actually, I’d call them a higher-quality TPU case, because of the styling and perfect fit on the device. You definitely can’t go wrong with these, especially now that they are only $9.99 from Spigen. But before you go shopping, let’s see if you can’t win one. (more…)
Ready for a handful of rapid fire contests? With only a day and half left in Reader Appreciation Week, we realized that we still have a ton of prizes to give away and need to kick it up a notch. So for this quick contest, let’s hand out some Galaxy S3 cases! Seidio sent over six different GS3 options, including a Surface, an Active with a kickstand, and some holsters. Ready? (more…)
Day 4 of Reader Appreciation Week starts now! To kick the day off, let’s give away a combo – the Asus Transformer Pad TF300T in blue and a matching keyboard dock. Sporting a Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera, and battery life for days when docked, this is what we like to call a “Winning Team.” Thanks again to NVIDIA, one lucky DL reader gets one heck of a package. The Reader Appreciation Week momentum isn’t stopping yet, folks. Let’s give another amazing item away! How does a $90 Klasden Levanaus backpack from Spigen sound? Let me just say, that I have the blue version of this bag and absolutely love it. In fact, it’s now my overnight bag, work bag, and everything-in-between bag. It has more pockets than I can count, a swanky faux fir inside, fits perfectly on your back with its extra padding, and comes in a variety of stylish colors. When traveling, I’m able to pack my 15″ Macbook Pro, a change of clothes, toiletries, a 2nd or 3rd phone, chargers, flip flops, tablet, headphones, and snacks into this sucker. It seriously is a great bag. (more…)
Day 3 of Reader Appreciation Week is here! On day 1, we gave away a Nexus 7. Yesterday, we gave away an HTC One X. Today, well, let’s go big (as in screen size) and hook someone up with a Toshiba Excite 10. While we may not have given the Excite 10 a ton of love as it arrived during a time when 10″ tablets were flooding the market and rarely stood out from one another, it’s safe to say that this device is no slouch. Thanks to its Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 10.1″ Autobrite Gorilla Glass display, dual cameras, and variety of ports (including a full sized SD card slot), it matches up nicely to most tablets in the industry on paper.

To finish day 2 of Reader Appreciation Week, two DL readers are going to walk away with our most recent limited edition t-shirt, which we dubbed “Community.” It’s a take on a now-famous Experimental Jetset shirt design, but geared towards the amazing community that joins us here every day. You can no longer purchase this design, just like all of our designs, so this is somewhat of a collector’s item, if you will. (more…)
