Humble Bundle for Android 2 Available Now – 5 New Games Debut, All Can be Yours with a Simple Donation

The previous Humble Bundle for Android was such a success, that its creators are launching version 2 this morning with 5 games, brand new to our favorite platform. For those not familiar with the service, think of it as a bidding process for DRM-free apps, only you can bid whatever you want and still receive the entire bundle. The value of all of the games in this latest bundle sits somewhere around $57, but you can bid $1 if you’d like. Just remember, that part of the deal is to support charities and developers of the apps.

In this latest bundle, Android enthusiasts will find 5 games new to Android that all look impressive. The list is as follows:

  • Zen Bound 2:  the meditative 3D puzzler
  • Canabalt:  the indie parkour platformer
  • Cogs:  the critically acclaimed steampunk indie puzzler
  • Avadon: The Black Fortress:  an Android tablet special — the epic, old-school role-playing game

If you pay more than the average price, you get a 5th game for free – that game is Swords & Soldiers.

Visit HumbleBundle.com to get in on the fun.

  • This is just great. I love Zen bound

  • and you all complain about bloat

  • EvanTheGamer

HELL YEAH!! The extremely incredible running game Canabalt is on Android now?! WOW! Have been waiting like forever for that game to finally arrive…and I guess on March 16th it finally did.

Sweet! Lots of other great games I see are included in the Humble Indie Bundle Android 2, as well. Sweet. Definitely buying this!

So I can’t buy these individually on the play store? I’m only interested in Swords and Soldiers.

    • KRS_Won

you could probably bid higher than average now, and still get it cheaper than in Play when it is released. Plus it goes to charity, and Humble Bundle has an app in beta for updates from the devs.

    Android 2?

    • sonicyoof

The second Humble Bundle for Android.

Are you seriously trying to steal charity supporting apps?

Let me guess, you steal from the collection plate at church too.  Just buy the apps if you want them!  It’s ridiculously cheap for the bundle and if you can’t afford even a $5.55 donation, you probably shouldn’t own a smartphone.

This has nothing on that Verizon bundle that let me pay for navigation.

Like I need MORE games? I did it anyway 🙂 Hopefully some of these games are good.

My only problem with it after buying the last one is my Osmos can’t be updated in the market.  I know I got a good deal buying all those games for $6 and it’s for a good cause and all, but without market links I can’t see buying it again.

    • you can update it by going back to the humble bundle link~

      • r0lct

Thanks, I’ll give that a try.

You can also get the humble bundle app. It will find the updates for you.

  • Love the Humble Bundles – everyone who loves indie games should check them out, whether for PC or Android.

  • Michael_NM

Humble Bundle for Android 2? Shouldn’t that be Humble Bundle 2 for Android? /trolling 🙂

    • Droidzilla

This is only compatible with Cupcake devices.

    • EvanTheGamer

Uhh..no, as it’s the #2 Android Humble Bundle.

There’s been MANY other other Humble Bundles that have been released previously, with many other games.

And yes, I know you’re trolling…but I’m not. Or am I? You decide! lol

      • EvanTheGamer

Err…misread your comment, damnit…okay, comment retracted…nothing to see here, move along…

  • Tweekex

Great deal for a good cause!
