Wait.. consistency? The phone version still looks the same old apart from the Google+ app-like sliding screens now..

  • I have to express appreciation to the writer just for bailing me out of this type of situation. As a result of surfing around through the world wide web and obtaining notions that were not helpful, I thought my life was gone. Existing minus the solutions to the problems you’ve sorted out by way of this write-up is a crucial case, and those that would have adversely damaged my entire career if I hadn’t encountered your website. Your actual understanding and kindness in dealing with almost everything was crucial. I am not sure what I would have done if I hadn’t encountered such a thing like this. It’s possible to at this point relish my future. Thanks so much for the professional and result oriented help. I won’t be reluctant to recommend your web page to anybody who would like guidelines on this situation.

does anyone know if this app will work on Google TV running honeycomb after this update?

  • I’m not too thrilled with the update, it just makes the main menu look pretty.  The app works just fine for viewing a document, but editing is a joke.  There is still no toolbar with the basic necessities for word processing.  So far the most effective way for me to take notes in class is to remote into my desktop in my dorm to take notes on Google Docs since the desktop version in the browser has issues and Firefox will work two thirds of the time.

Anyone else finding the market really sluggish?

Does this give you full access to edit live forms?  This is the main reason that i would like Docs to work but seeing as i just sent in my XOOM (actually a good thing its for free 4g upgrade), and now I cant check it out for my self.  But from the sounds of the comments thety didnt do much to bring about the full use of Docs, sounds like i will still be using the browser to edit my docs.

Still doesn’t let you format text or use keyboard arrow keys to move the cursor between paragraphs. Still waiting for this to be at all functional.

I really wish they’d stick with the blues (although the green does look good in this picture)

    • Blue or green. All I want is some consistency. Hopeful for ICS.
