At that $399.99 price, LG’s G8 features a 6.1″ QHD+ OLED display, 128GB storage, 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 855 processor, dual rear camera (16MP wide +12MP standard), 8MP front camera, 3500mAh battery, IP68 water and dust resistance, 32-bit Quad DAC, Boombox speaker, and Android 9.0.
I’m not sure the G8 would be considered one of our favorite phones of the year, but that probably has a lot to do with the price being sky-high at launch. At more than half off, this would be a great buy. The camera is solid, the size is nice, the display is great, the specs still match-up to others, and again, it works on all carriers.
