Action Launcher 2.0 Pushes to Beta, Introduces New Quickpage and 1-Swipe Features

Action Launcher, the popular yet minimal take on a 3rd party launcher, will receive an update to version 2.0 in the coming weeks that introduces two new features called Quickpage and 1-Swipe. Quickpage acts a secondary page that can be added to the right of the Action Launcher home, while 1-Swipe allows you to access both it and the app launcher from anywhere in the system. Think of 1-Swipe as an alternative multi-tasking option. That will all make much more sense once you watch the video above.

Version 2.0 is still in testing, so again, the official release won’t happen for some time. But if you want to start using these features now, you can do so through the Action Launcher beta program.

To sign-up for the beta:

1.  Download and install Action Launcher Pro.
2.  Join the Action Launcher G+ community.
3.  Sign-up for the beta.

Been using Action Launcher for awhile but is disables the KnockOn feature for the G2, anyone know how to get this feature to work on Action Launcher???

Yes, knock on should work from the stock lock screen always. if you use a custom launcher, the knock off should work if you tap the status bar (since it is baked into the kernel and that is deeper in the OS than the launcher)

Thanks for the reply, I guess I should have stated that I want to use the KnockOn feature on a blank space on the home screen as double tapping the notification bar isn’t easily accessible nor as quick.
