The rumors of PayPal coming to Android as a payment option started getting heavy at the beginning of the month with the most recent word suggesting that it would go live after their developer conference this week in San Francisco.  How close are we to that happening?  Really close if you take the screenshot above to mean what we think it means.  

According to the profile page for Android developers, there is now an option to add your PayPal account, so that you can easily transfer funds from it over to your Google Checkout account.  And why would devs have received funds into their PayPal accounts?  Because we would be buying their apps with our PayPal monies, silly people.
