Riptide GP2 Released for Android, Brings Even Crazier Jet Ski Action
After what seems like forever, Riptide GP2 has finally launched for Android and iOS. The original Riptide GP was a huge success, used by companies like NVIDIA to show off their CPU’s computing power with sweet effects and like-like water splashes on your screen. It was fancy, but after a while, it got boring. With the sequel, that all goes out the window. (more…)

Falcon Pro Updated to Version 2.0.5, But Don’t Go Looking on Google Play
For those not following, Falcon Pro was recently removed from Google Play by its developer, because Twitter apparently shut the app down. With Twitter not allowing the app to generate any new user tokens, having customers buy the app and then not being able to use it didn’t make much sense.
The developer found somewhat a workaround for this, hosting his own site now where everyone that either purchased the app already or wants to use it can download it for free. In addition, the developer also found a sneaky way around Twitter’s token limit, which may or may not have been fixed by Twitter now. Either way, there is a new update for the app, bringing some new features and fixes which everyone is welcome to go download. (more…)

Sparky Lock Screen Brings Some Easily Changeable Flair to Your Android Device
If you were thinking about quickly spicing up your Android device, without the need for root or custom ROMs/themes, then revamping your lockscreen with a simple app is a good place to start. Recently launched is Sparky, a lockscreen app that brings preset themes that actually look good right to your device. From what I can tell, this removes all types of lockscreen security (example: no passwords, pattern unlocks), but if that isn’t something you are concerned about, it’s a cool app. (more…)

Night Riders 3D, a Simple Motorcycle Racing Game Set to a Nice Soundtrack
Recently launched onto Android is a somewhat simplistic-looking 3D motorcycle game called Night Riders 3D. Using OpenGL, the developer puts you on the seat of a speedy bike, pitting you against other 3D racers. There isn’t much to look at on the various tracks, but the gameplay is quite smooth and the music is good. (more…)
