The takeaways from each of these comparison tables are pretty easy to understand. They are very similar in terms of specs and sizes. We do at least get lower starting prices for the Pixel 11 Pro, but the Pixel 11 Pro XL matches the starting price of the iPhone 18 Pro Max. However, Apple hands out bigger price increases with each storage jump and goes all of the way up to 2TB with prices as high as $2499 (!).
We do get to see the camera setups, with Apple taking (on paper) a lead with this new variable aperture main camera. It has stops at f/1.48, f/1.8, f/2.8, f/4.0, which is pretty cool to see and something Samsung sort-of tried back with the Galaxy S9.
Of course, the new A20 Pro chip in the iPhone 18 Pro series will destroy Google’s Tensor chip, since it will likely destroy every other mobile chip as well. For Pixel owners, the software experience has always been more important than raw power, although Apple and its iPhone owners sort of get both.
Other than that, battery life is rated similarly, software support is as well, and connectivity matches up well.
