Samsung is putting in big work this week, rolling out the August security patch to a very large number of devices. Each generation of phone has 3+ devices in it, so when it comes to rolling an update out at the same time, we’re now talking roughly 20+ phones at any given time. Props to the folks behind the scenes who make this work.
This time it’s the Galaxy S22 series through the Galaxy S25 series, plus a few foldables. All of the changelogs mention the August security patch, but nothing else. If you boot up this update and spot something we missed, let us know.
