Developed by ex employees of Apple and Microsoft, this wearable does much more than just track your movement, but also studies it to help you improve. Using 9-axis precision motion sensors, the MOOV is able to capture your exact movements, then offers suggestions on how to make you a better athlete.
Do note that as of today, the MOOV running and 7-minute workout apps are available on Android, but the swimming and cardio punch apps are only available on iOS. If you or someone you know owns an iPhone, this might be a good gift for them. Just a thought.
