Ever since YouTube TV launched in Portland, I dropped Comcast like a bad habit. Sure, I still use them as my ISP, but I feel that any dollar per month that doesn’t go to Comcast is good usage of that dollar.
Along with YouTube TV, there are plenty of great streaming TV services right now, such as PlayStation Vue, Sling TV, Hulu’s live TV option, as well as DIRECTV NOW. Each one has their own pros and cons, but I opt for YouTube TV because of its price, cloud DVR functionality, and channel selection. For me, it works great.
