Verizon Prepaid Customers Get Access to HD Voice Starting September 25

Beginning September 25, Verizon prepaid customers will have access to HD Voice, the company’s tech that delivers increased audio quality and clarity. HD Voice service also includes access to video calls, calls over WiFi, 6-way calling, plus the ability to surf the web while talking. 

To initiate calls over WiFi, customers need only be connected to a WiFi network, then have WiFi calling enabled. Be aware, having a supported cellphone will be required for WiFi calling. For calls anywhere in the US, they are free, but for International, standard long distance rates apply.
