I don’t understand why they keep making these larger than 10,000mAh. Seriously, can someone give me a frequently used use case? I have a compact 10,000mAh charger and I LOVE it. But to be honest my 5,600mAh pack is all I usually need.

Multiple users on a long haul flight.

      • Casey

Multiple users on a long haul flight is your regular use case? If you travel regularly you do NOT depend on someone else to charge your device. You also don’t carry anything larger or heavier than it has to be. This must be an international flight because a 20K-30K battery would be overkill on a domestic flight.

        • h4rr4r

Do you know what children are?

Long haul flights are long. What made you think long haul flights were short?

          • Casey

You take regular international flights with kids?

          • h4rr4r

Children also like seeing their relatives. Even if they are on other continents.

Did you never play with your cousins as a child?

          • Casey

            You didn’t answer my question.

          • h4rr4r

I did. Let me make it clear enough for even you:

Yes, my use case is frequent long haul international flights with my offspring. This is so we can all visit relatives most of the time. Other times simply for the enjoyment of visiting new places. Some people call that last one a vacation.
            Was that clear enough?

The larger point is if people buy them they will make them.

charge multiple devices or the same device for a few days with out having to charge the pack. My 30k will last me a full week with charging my 6p, bt headset and work iPhone on it. Everyone has different uses, also i like not having to plug the pack in every night.

      • Casey

But you are around a power outlet throughout most days, right? There is a cost to carrying around a huge battery pack and using it. It is big, heavy, and only has a finite amount of times it can be depleted and recharged. Usually much less than a phone. Do you not have a wall charger at work or a car charger in your car? Do you have battery anxiety? Feeling the need to keep it at 100% all the time?

        • Jake

You seriously act like these things weigh 10lbs and you need a backpack to carry it. With my job I’m not near an outlet or in a car where I can pick up a decent charge. Plus the times I am near an outlet I’m not trying to be that guy, whose got his phone on the floor to get some power. I can discreetly charge it with a pack in my backpack or briefcase. Sometimes it’s just the way people operate and judging by your comments you are desk bound most days..

    • I can easily use more than my 10,400mah… When at an airshow with spotted reception doing live photo/videos updates to Facebook every half hour for the airshow’s Facebook page. Live video alone can really kill a battery fast, especially if the reception is spotty. At a typical airshow, I might have to charge up 3-4 times if I start the photo/video taking at about 7am. No outlets out on the airfield.

Not to mention on a recent trip to Walt Disney World, I was taking a lot of photos and using my phone to change settings on my Samsung 360 camera… which also drains battery since you have to change the settings while in live view via bluetooth. On top of that a friend had forgotten her power bank so she was taking hits off of mine. There’s not too many outlets available when on the go at WDW.

I’m using a business model I found on-line and I am so happy that i earned so much money on the side. It’s really user friendly and I’m so thankful that I found out about this.
