The Android 5.1.1 over-the-air update is now rolling out to more owners of the Nexus 9 (WiFi version) and the .zip URL for the file has been captured. The update has arrived as a 400MB file and build number LMY47X.
If you have not received the update yet, but want to manually update, you can find instructions on how to use “adb sideload” here.
