Netflix is getting more social on Android. The service’s Social Recommendation feature, which rolled out to the website, iOS, PS3, set-top box, and smart TV owners in September, is finally making its way to the Android app.
In case you missed the announcement, Smart Recommendation lets you to recommend shows and movies on Netflix to any of your Facebook friends. They can thank you for recommendations, and you will get a notification when they watch what you suggested.
The update extends to Android Wear. Actionable recommendations will appear on any paired smartwatch, from where they can be played or opened on a smartphone or tablet.
The update should be live. Check it out on Google Play.
