Four devices in the Samsung Galaxy lineup on Verizon are receiving security updates, all of which address the KRACK vulnerability.
Specifically, the Galaxy S6 (Build – G920VVRS4DQK1), Galaxy S6 Edge (G925VVRS4DQK1), Galaxy S6 Edge+ (G928VVRS3CQK1), and Galaxy Note 5 (N920VVRS3CQK1) are getting these updates, which also includes the November Android security patch. According to the changelogs, that is all that’s being updated.
If you still own of these Galaxy phones, go get that update.
