Fate of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 Rests in the Hands of Judge Koh

Samsung is still fighting to lift the sales ban on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and today, the Appeals Court of the Federal Circuit has placed the official decision in the hands of Judge Lucy Koh. So basically, Samsung can begin to argue that the ban should be lifted, given that it was found by a full jury that the tablet did in fact, not infringe on any design patents of Apple’s, but merely some software issues that can be amended.

As for now, who knows which way Judge Koh will lean. Time to get those arguments in, Samsung.
