Well, the supposed leaked Samsung roadmap from yesterday that featured the next Nexus, appears to be a bunch of made up garbage. Sammie took to their global blog late in the evening to make sure we all knew that they have plans for the future, but that the details we all drooled over “are not accurate”:
Some media have been reporting that Samsung is preparing to launch nine new smartphones and two new tablet devices. While Samsung is continuously working on new devices for our customers, the details being cited are not accurate in this case.
We appreciate the interest in our upcoming mobile devices and will share more information once its available.
We are still pretty sure that Samsung has landed the rights to have the next Nexus device, but the details are still completely up in the air. Was fun to chat about it for a day or so though, wasn’t it?
