DEAL: T-Mobile Hosting Mega-Phone Sale – $360 for Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, V20

For some reason (and we’re not about to complain), T-Mobile is hosting a mega-phone sale today that includes most Android devices, even of the flagship variety. We’re talking hundreds of dollars off the Samsung Galaxy S7 ($313 off) or Galaxy S7 Edge ($419 off) or LG V20 ($409 off). DEAL: LG V20 is 50% Off at AT&T

LG is days away from unveiling the G6, their first 2017 flagship phone. However, if you aren’t liking what you are seeing there from leaks and would rather jump into the LG V20, a feature-packed phone for audiophiles, creatives, and the ultimate power user, AT&T has a 50% off deal going at the moment you might want to check out.

The deal comes via bill credits, plus you have to sign-up for either AT&T Next or AT&T Next Every Year, their two device payment plans. Depending on the plan you sign-up for determines the bill credit you get back. If you go AT&T Next, the monthly payment is $27.67 minus the $13.84 bill credit for 30 months. If you go AT&T Next Every Year, the monthly payment is $34.59 minus the $17.30 bill credit for 24 months.

The deal is a limited time offer.

Either way, it’s here, our LG V20 review.  (more…)

Tuesday Poll: What is the Android Smartphone of the Year?

Before we tell you what our pick for Android phone of the year (POTY) is, we want to hear from you first.

In 2016, we saw a ton of great devices released from a large assortment of makers, making this quite a unique list. To give you an example of that, the ZTE-made Axon 7 will be found, the first time a ZTE phone has even be a contender in the POTY category.

Naturally, all the big names are here, too, including the latest from Moto, Samsung, HTC, and LG. However, you will see that the Galaxy Note 7 is not listed, you know, because of the recall. And if you think we totally botched this and are missing the best option, feel free to vote “Other” and let us know int he comments.

Let’s go!
