The latest game to hit Google Play and the Tegra Zone is Beach Buggy Blitz, a “casual driving adventure game” that sets you and your buggy loose on a mysterious tropical island. From there you get to drive around where you want, collecting coins and trying not to hit all of the distractions scattered around. The coins you collect let you buy other buggies and power-ups to help along your explorations and make the game worth coming back to.

It’s week two of DL and NVIDIA’s celebration of TegraZone’s first birthday. The Players’ Choice Awards will run from May 10 through May 31, but throughout the voting period, NVIDIA will hand out 7 Asus Transformer Pads to those that have voted. On Droid Life, we will hand out 3 separate tablet bundles of our own (1 per week for 3 weeks) that include a Transformer Pad with keyboard dock, Jambox speaker, and a Logitech gaming controller. Two new game titles, Demolition Inc. and Jett Tailfin Racers have been added to NVIDIA’s Tegra Zone application and the Google Play Store. The one that looks the most fun is Demolition Inc, as you are an alien whose main goal is to destroy the world’s cities. What sets the game apart from others is that it is 100% physics technology. There is no pre-animated shots or anything of that nature, so every crashing car and burning building will be different than the next. 

November’s Gobbler Gaming Giveaway was a heck of a 4-week contest and nothing short of a huge success. Any chance we can top it this month?
