From the same team that happened to make one of Android’s more popular titles called Sprinkle, comes Granny Smith. Granny Smith, quite possible could be one of the more silly, fun, and addicting games I have played in a while. For just $1, you send Granny flying down hill after hill smashing through glass, homes, and caves to reach the apples before some chubby bandit gets them. Depending on how many of the apples you get, determines whether you move on to the next level. 

The controls are smooth, the graphics are cute in a cartoon-ish sort of way, and the overall play again factor is extremely high. Go check it out and let us know what you think.

The previous releases of ShadowGun by Madfinger Games and Sprinkle were both for Tegra 2 devices only.  There should be plenty of happy gamers today though, as both games have dropped processor restrictions and shall now work on different types of Android devices.  As you an see in the pic above, all my glorious devices are compatible and that makes me a happy camper.  To top it off, there has been a free version of Sprinkle released and it rocks.  Go have some fun!

Along with the launch of NVIDIA’s TegraZone.com, we get a new Tegra-optimized game to check out called Sprinkle.  As a “water physics-based puzzler”, you’ll see some of the more polished graphics and water physics of any game on the market.  The idea is simple – put out fires using an adjustable water cannon.  Completing that task isn’t always so simple though, and requires you to reach back to your childhood fire hose days for inspiration.

The game is available for $1.99 today in the market along with its 46 levels that can be unlocked by tapping 5 fingers on the screen.

*Note – There will be a Kal-El-optimized version of Sprinkle once a device running that new processor has been made available.
