Announced this morning, The Beatles are finally, finally hitting music streaming services across the globe, and yes, this includes Google Play Music. To be made available at 12:01am local time on Christmas eve (tomorrow), folks will be able to find the original 13 albums from the group, as well as 4 essential collections. (more…)
An update to Google Play Music brings big news for those here who enjoy thumbing up and down tracks, which allows users to create quick and easy playlists of only music they enjoy.
Before this update, you could thumb up tracks on the player itself, but now, icons for thumbing up and down tracks appear in the Play Music notification itself, granting even easier access to the feature. (more…)
For anyone hoping there would be a few surprises at tomorrow’s Google event, it does not appear that will be possible. As recently detailed by Android Police, Google will announce a new tier for Google Music All Access users, one which allows for six Google accounts to be tied to the same plan, all for $14.99 a month.
