Right before the DL Show last night, I was turned onto a wallpaper collection called nowPaper that is available on Google Play. If you have ever opened Google Now on your phone or tablet, then the inspired artwork should look quite familiar, featuring well-known landscapes and cityscapes from across North America.
Each area featured in the app has multiple papers, allowing you to choose the time of day you would like to have on your device. There is dawn, afternoon, evening, and night. Even cooler, the app has a newly built-in Muzei plugin, allowing you to switch wallpapers automatically depending on what time it is. If it’s 12 in the afternoon outside, you will see a shiny bright wallpaper on your phone. If it’s 10pm and getting late, you will see the nighttime wallpaper. (more…)
We are quickly nearing the end of the fourth season of Game of Thrones on HBO, so if you haven’t already, it’s time to pick a side. Whether it be House Targaryen, Lannister or Stark, you can now fly your favorite house’s banner on your phone to show your allegiance. (more…)
We have another plugin for those of you who can’t get enough of the Muzei live wallpaper, titled Comic Cover. With this plugin, fans of comic books – mostly Marvel for now – can access countless comic book covers, then apply them to their homescreen. (more…)

The app displays wallpapers in such a beautiful way and there are so many good extensions already, that it’s quite fun seeing each outdo each other.
Which are the best five for the month of March? Let’s check them out.
There is a new plugin for the Muzei live wallpaper app, one which brings a more personal feel to your homescreen. The plugin is called Stamen Muzei, and how it works is quite neat. Based on your actual location, the plugin will display a map of where you are, but it’s not an ordinary boring map. (more…)
It’s been exactly one year since Roman Nurik introduced the DashClock widget to the Android community. Since then, that app has seen crazy popularity, with many developers building onto its platform with their very own extensions making it even more useful. Apps like DashClock are a prime example of why Android is so sweet. With that said, Roman released a new app to Google Play last night, titled Muzei. (more…)
