In true Gameloft fashion, the large mobile game publisher released a “teaser trailer” for an upcoming title called, Gangstar Vegas. With a tagline like, “guns, girls, and gambling” this could be one of the more action-packed titles of the year. Unfortunately for fans of the series, the teaser trailer is little more than 40 seconds of stock Vegas footage spliced together. No gameplay shots or anything. Sad. 

The game is set to launch on both Android and iOS “soon.”

If you are lucky enough to be walking around with Samsung’s newest flagship, the Galaxy S4, then why not pick up some games optimized specifically for it? Gameloft announced this morning that they have optimized many of their games for the device’s gorgeous 4.9″ 1080p display and beefy 1.9GHz quad-core processor. The games can be picked up from both Google Play and the Samsung Apps application located on your device.

Gameloft Optimizes Handful of Popular Games for the Samsung Galaxy S4 is a post from: Droid Life

If you have been following the coverage up towards the launch of Iron Man 3, then you would know that today is the day. Gameloft officially launched the Iron Man 3 game into Google Play, set at the reasonable price of free. I have not downloaded it yet (it’s about 750MB), but the game looks to be heavily based on the idea that you can use many different Iron Man suits, battling the baddies with different weapons. 

The game is completely free from Play, but be prepared for an all-out battle with IAPs. From reading the reviews of the game, they seem to be everywhere. Not that this is a surprise though.

It’s Finally April 25, Gameloft’s Iron Man 3 Now Live on Google Play is a post from: Droid Life

If you are like me, you have the date circled for Iron Man 3 to hit theaters. With the movie getting close, you know it is almost time for the inevitable video game tie-in. Gameloft has released the official trailer for the game showing off gameplay in anticipation of the launch next week on April 25. 

Just like in the upcoming movie, the game will have multiple Iron Man suits for you to play as. Gameloft mentions 18 different suits that you can upgrade and fly in. Please note that anytime you see “free-to-play” referenced in a game, that title will be making its money off microtransactions, so prepare for some of these suits and upgrades to only be unlocked if you pony up the cash for them.

Either way, the graphics and gameplay look pretty solid, so check out the trailer to keep you busy until the game launches next week.

Suit Up: Gameloft Releases Official Iron Man 3 Gameplay Trailer Before April 25 Launch is a post from: Droid Life

Last week, Gameloft released a trailer for Dungeon Hunter 4, their newest flagship dungeon crawler. With a closing sequence of “coming soon” we had no idea when to expect the release, but here we are and it is now available on Google Play. Graphically the game looks really nice, then when you mix in monsters and bossy weapons, it’s a surefire hit. 

The game features multiplayer options, allowing you to play with friends in a co-op arena mode. During campaign mode, you can choose different races of characters, whose load outs can be completely customized, giving you a different sense of gameplay as you make your way through the large world.

As some have reported, the game relies heavily (and I mean heavily) on in-app purchases. From reading the Google Play reviews, it seems that Gameloft spared no expense at making sure you spare no expense as well. Either way, check it out and let us know what you think down below. I know we have a few hardcore fans of this series in the community.

Time to get your epic dungeon crawler on. Today, Gameloft released an “exclusive” trailer for an upcoming title, Dungeon Hunter 4. From the gameplay footage, the graphics look to be sweet, plus there are a literal ton of monsters and demons to battle. All in all, it looks pretty bad ass.

We have no release details besides “coming soon,” so stay tuned if you are interested.

Gameloft is in a teasing sort of mood this afternoon, as they posted up the first Iron Man 3 gameplay trailer. The title will make its way to Android and iOS handsets this year, just in time for the theatrical launch of the movie. To be honest, the game looks like a mix of the Sonic 2 race parts and Temple Run, but with more explosions.

The game is penciled in for a April 25th release date, just one month away.

A couple of weeks back, Gameloft posted a teaser for its newest title, a “team-based” first person shooter (FPS) called Blitz Brigade. As was pointed out in the comments of that post, the game gave off a Team Fortress 2 and Battle Heroes feel. In this new gameplay video, I’d say it doesn’t shed that label at all. It still looks like it could be an entertaining mobile title, just not an original one.

This morning, Gameloft published a teaser for their upcoming “team-based” first person shooter (FPS) called Blitz Brigade. The teaser shows no gameplay, offering little in the way of what to expect, other than cartoonish muscular jocks with giant guns who want to team up with other muscular jocks with giant guns to splatter blood all over this blessed Earth. Gameloft wants you to “pound your enemies into the dirt and call them mean names” while you play Blitz Brigade. OK, then.

It’s coming to Android, however, we aren’t sure when. Until I see actual gameplay, I’ll have to remain a bit skeptical on this one.

Being a holiday week and all, Gameloft has gone ahead and slashed many of their Android titles from $6.99 down to $0.99. We aren’t sure how long the deal will last, but we’d recommend jumping on them in a hurry. You’ll find titles like N.O.V.A. 2 and 3, Amazing Spider-Man, Gangstar Rio, Dark Knight Rises, 9mm, Backstab, and Modern Combat 2 and 3 at the $0.99 price.

Gameloft Drops Most of Their Android Games to $0.99 for the Holidays is a post from: Droid Life

This afternoon, Gameloft’s highly anticipated Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour hit Google Play. The game looks to bring console-like gaming to your mobile, as you play through an intense story mode, as well as an insanely in-depth multiplayer mode. Does it have enough to take down Shadowgun? We shall see. 

Naturally, like all good things, it isn’t quite ready yet for download. For now, it is marked as incompatible with all of our devices, but we’re guessing that will change once Gameloft decides to give it the green light. In the mean time, charge up your device because we’re guessing it will be a ridiculously sized game!

Can’t win them all I guess. Today, Gameloft confirmed that their upcoming war-based masterpiece Modern Combat 4 will launch sometime shortly after it is released for iOS, on December 6. Naturally, they wouldn’t give any word on why we are being snubbed with this longer wait time, but I can only imagine it’s to give us some extra special features. Yeah, that will be the day, Tim.

You know what else we have to look forward to on December 6 though? That’s right, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City!

If I didn’t know better I would say we’re nearing my favorite holiday, Halloween. With zombies coming out of the woodwork on Google Play, it’s a good time to be a mobile gamer. This morning, Gameloft has unleashed Zombiewood, a game which they teased last week, to Google Play for the price of free. The objective for your character is just like any other zombie game, kill the hordes. With some great graphics and plenty of fun and upgradable weapons, this may make some other games I’ve been playing take a backseat.

For a limited time, Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation is just $0.99 on Google Play. If you’re in the dark, Modern Combat is Gameloft’s take on Activision’s highly successful Call of Duty series. It features action-packed war scenarios with modern weapons and tactics. The game’s size is of epic proportions and requires 1.37GB of space on your device. But, if your device is compatible, it’s so worth it.

Gameloft’s Modern Combat 3 On Sale Through Google Play For Only a Buck is a post from: Droid Life

Modern Combat is probably the most well known war-based game on mobile. Many would refer to the series as the Call of Duty of Android and I would tend to agree. This morning, Gameloft has published a video that is part of a series that gives us a behind-the-scenes look as to how the developers are making this the most insane Modern Combat offering yet. 

While adding more complex controls and movements, a comprehensive story line where players play as both U.S. soldiers and the villains, and enhanced vehicle physics, this game is looking very nice. Graphics look smooth and I’m excited to see how the multiplayer gameplay comes along.
