Update 8:12AM: Individual blind boxes are now available for $9 a piece or you can quick add 16 to a cart for a full box ($140). Looks like they meant 11AM EST, not 11PM.
Tomorrow, February 5, at 11PM EST (8PM PST), the Series 5 Android collectibles set from Dead Zebra will go on sale through their online shop. We don’t yet know the price of a full box set, but individual blind boxes will run $9 a piece. (more…)

Also, if you want to buy the set directly from DZ, they should have their own up in the Dead Zebra shop next week.
The official launch details will be announced soon, but next week is next week. Collectors, get your

After showcasing the first couple of designs that will be included in the new Series 5 Android collectibles box set, the folks at Dead Zebra have continued to feature new designs every couple of days, and likely will until we get to release day. Within the last week, we have seen designs by Reactor-88, Lunabee, Jon Paul Kaiser, and of course, Andrew Bell.
If you jump below, you’ll see detailed photos of each. If you want to read about the inspirations behind each, be sure to head over to the DZ blog. (more…)
The new Series 5 Android collectibles set is close to debuting, so the folks at Dead Zebra are doing as they always do when a new set is about to arrive – preview it. In the new series, we are getting collectibles designed by some of the series’ staples, like Andrew Bell, Gary Ham, Scott Tolleson and Kong Andri, but they are joined by new faces Devilrobots, Reactor-88, Jon Paul Kaiser and Lunabee. If the early looks at these are anything to go by, coupled with that line-up of designers, I can’t help but think this is going to be an amazing bunch. (more…)
This year’s holiday-themed Android mini collectible ornament in green is now available from the folks over at Dead Zebra for $10. To help round out last year’s releases (in blue and red), this year’s green version should bring even more Android class to that tree of yours.
This particular mini is a “bit more fragile” than other releases, likely because it’s just like all of the other fragile X-mas ornaments you already own. It comes with a topper and S hook, along with all sorts of glitter.
If you order from the US, Priority Mail shipping is your option in order to get it by X-mas. (more…)
Dead Zebra announced two things today for collectors, first being a new Christmas ornament in the shape of a Green Android figure. Last year, they produced Red and Blue ornaments, but apparently, there was a massive outcry for a Green option, so here it is.
Details for how to purchase the Green Android ornament have been placed below. To sum it up, they will go on sale next Monday (Dec. 15) at 11am EST. These collectibles are first come, first served at $10 a pop, and sell out rather quickly. Best of luck. (more…)
The “Heroes and Villains II” set of special edition Android collectibles from Dead Zebra goes on sale in just a couple of minutes (8AM Pacific). For collectors of mini Bugdroids, this is a must-have set. First introduced last week as an exclusive to Comic-Con, the DZ crew is making a limited number available, since they know we all couldn’t make it out to the show.
The box of four (2 heroes and 2 villains) runs $40. (more…)
Way back in the Summer of 2011, a Heroes and Villains collection of the awesome Dead Zebra Android Minis went on sale. It was one of our favorites, and as Dead Zebra writes on its website today, “every good series deserves a sequel.” Heroes and Villians II features the tag team of BotMan and Super User, teaming up against the forces of evil in Professor Eval() and A/B Tester. We cannot wait for these to drop. (more…)
