Costco Has The Acer Iconia 32GB Version And Acer Case For $480

Costco seems to be pumping out the deals on tablets lately. Earlier this week we showed them having the Motorola XOOM for only $500. They’re now dropping prices for the Acer Iconia tablet, and throwing in a $40 Acer tablet case for free. Not too shabby considering the MSRP for the 32GB version is $500 with no case. If you’re thinking about picking one up, you might want to start hitting yourself though, because you missed an amazing deal on eBay where they were just $380.

With all these crazy deals on Honeycomb tablets, who here is picking one up? And if so, which one? Is everyone still thinking all these tablets are overpriced and lacking features to warrant the hefty price tags? Let us know.

Cheers Bryan!

Update:  Winner chosen here!

Day 3 of Reader Appreciation Week is here and we’re ready to give away another Honeycomb tablet to one of our amazing DL readers.  This time we’ve got the Acer Iconia Tab, a 16GB, Tegra 2, dual-camera, WiFi beast that many people have been sleeping on.  We all know that the Asus Transformer and XOOM are top notch, but the Acer hasn’t been getting enough press, which is a shame.  The device is easily rooted with Gingerbreak, is starting to build up quite the following in various forums, and should get Android 3.1 in June.  So who wants it?   (more…)
