Watch Live: OnePlus 5 Unveiling!

Today’s the day for the new OnePlus phone to become official. The popular phone microbrand will show off the OnePlus 5 fully for the first time, give us an official spec list, tell us when exactly we’ll be able to buy one, and also attempt to justify why they keep jacking up the price from one phone to the next.

Thanks to a pre-launch look at how the brand built its newest phone, we pretty much know what to expect outside of the fine details. We’re getting an iPhone-esque body with a focus on the phone’s camera (a dual camera) because previous OnePlus owners told them their cameras haven’t been good enough. We’ll also get a Snapdragon 835, more RAM than the phone will probably be able to use, lots of storage, gold or matte black colorways, solid battery life, and a 1080p display.
