Lately, we have been giving a few of our favorite apps and games a bit of special highlight treatment, just to make sure that anyone who has yet to find these awesome time wasters can do so thanks to our help.

This time, I have three games which you should definitely check out, if you have not already. We have Lex, Unpossible, and Blek. To mix up the genres, I have included a word-based game, fast-paced skill game, and a mind-hurting puzzle game.

Let’s get to it.

Lex

For those with a brain who enjoy fast-paced word games, Lex is game for you. In Lex, you are given an ever-changing set of letters, tasked with completing words to make points. However, you are being raced with a counting down timer, which really adds to the stress factor.

Depending on the words you make and the letters you use, your goal is to get as far as your can without running out of time. If we have any Boggle masters in the building, you should check out Lex.

Lex is priced at just $0.99, so go grab it in Google Play.

Unpossible

Unpossible takes fantastic graphics and pairs it with exciting gameplay. With a setting straight out of TRON, your objective is to move down a rotating path, avoiding large obstacles, while also twisting yourself around a track.

As you progress in a level, the speed gets faster and the objects get much larger. The goal is to see just how far you can make it down the road. Thankfully for beginners, there are different levels to choose from, which go from somewhat challenging to insanely impossible.

For the price of just $1.99, it’s a must have.

Blek

Blek is a minimal puzzler game that forces players to use their imagination to solve puzzles. The goal is to create a gesture with your finger, which will then make its way through a level, hitting colored bubbles. But be careful, you don’t want to hit black bubbles.

Obstacles are in your way through the harder levels, so you will find yourself going through a trial and error process throughout almost every level. But again, this is a puzzler, and it’s okay to get it wrong a few times.

Blek is currently on sale for only $0.99, so you will want to grab this one at your earliest convenience.
