If you’re one of the many people who uses Twitch, the online video game broadcasting platform, you may want to pick yourself up a Chromecast. TwitchCast is a free app that’ll let you view live Twitch streams on the big screen, a big win for hardcore Twitchers.
To get the Casting up and rolling, all you have to do is type in the name of the channel you want to stream from (I recommend a certain Eric, known as CPT_R3DEARD), hit the Chromecast button on the top bar, pick a stream quality, choose your Chromecast, and then press the big purple Cast button. In my tests, the app has worked fairly well.
